If you are involved in an accident, if your property is damaged, or if you lose property through theft, we can deal with your claim.
In the event of a claim, it is important to maintain your safety and mitigate any further damage or loss to the best extent possible. Next, we recommend taking photos as proof of loss, if possible, and to give us a call during office hours.
The minute you contact our office, your claim procedure is put in motion. We discuss the claim with you and are there for you throughout the process.
We have long relationships with the insurance companies we work with. Each insurance provider has its own adjuster and we contact the adjuster on your behalf. The adjuster will then contact you to gather information regarding your claim. Throughout the process, we act as a go-between, dealing with any concerns you may have. We’re here to answer questions when the adjuster can’t be reached.
